Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you are entitled to a full refund, provided that the request is made within 24 hours of the coaching session.
To request a refund, you must contact me directly via email or phone within the 24-hour period following the service.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the request has been confirmed.

Please note that this refund policy applies solely to individual coaching sessions and not to packages or subscriptions.
