After spending 25 years building a well-established career as a salon owner in hairdressing, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with ADHD at 37.
That moment changed everything. It was as though the puzzle pieces of my life finally clicked into place, helping me understand myself in ways I never thought possible.
The journey that followed wasn’t easy, but it was transformative.
Learning about ADHD opened my eyes to the unique challenges and strengths of neurodivergence. It empowered me to embrace who I truly am and inspired me to want the same for others.

When you step into a coaching or counselling session with me, know that you’re in a space of understanding, empathy, and true connection.
As someone who has personally navigated the journey of an ADHD diagnosis, I know the challenges that can come with it, and I also know how transformative the right support can be. Each session I offer is entirely bespoke, crafted to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My approach is both practical and holistic, integrating evidence-based strategies with a warm, supportive structure. Together, we’ll explore tools, strategies, and coping mechanisms that allow you to work with your ADHD, embracing your neurodivergent strengths rather than battling against them. This includes anything from personalised routines to mindfulness practices, all aimed at helping you thrive in daily life.
I’m excited about the opportunity to get to know you and walk alongside you on this journey. Together, we’ll work toward positive changes, resilience, and a greater sense of balance. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you in building a life where you can truly flourish!
